We wanted to take a moment to share some important changes with you. As you know, we’ve always been committed to rewarding your loyalty through our discount scheme. However, after careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to discontinue this loyalty program moving forward. In all industries, especially small businesses this is a very challenging time with inflation and rising costs out of our control.
While 68% of our amazing clients currently benefit from some form of discount, it has become increasingly difficult to predict our future turnover and maintain the level of service you deserve.
To ensure we continue providing the best service and professionalism, we’ve made the decision to LOWER key services on our original price list and cancel any discount schemes. This change will allow us to better navigate our business’s future, ensure fair compensation for our dedicated team, carry on investing in ongoing education to stay at the forefront of the industry, and maintain the high-quality products you love. It is important to us to continue to thrive and serve you with the highest standards.
PLEASE NOTE that due to the way our system works, the updated prices may not be reflected immediately, but will be accurate from May 1st onward. The price shown in your online account from this date will be the price you’ll pay when you visit us in the salon.
